IT Direct is a 2019 MSP 501 winner!

We are so proud to be considered, again, one of the top 501 Managed Service Providers worldwide by Channel Futures! This year, we earned the #194 spot.

The MSP 501 list recognizes top managed service providers in the world, based on metrics including recurring revenue, growth, and several other factors. According to Channel Futures, the competition was fierce, with a 35% year-over-year growth rate in applications from 2018. Their award decisions focused on each company’s commitment to taking risks on strategic business decisions, dedication to customer support and intuitive knowledge of the managed services market.
