IT Direct Hires an Assistant Help Desk Manager

Scott McCue has joined our organization as the Assistant Help Desk Manager. Mr. McCue brings an extensive list of technical skills to the organization and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s help desk operations. With a strong background in customer service we feel we have a perfect match for the position and that our clients are in good hands. Not only does Mr. McCue help manage the help desk, he is also on the phone with the rest of his team serving our clients.

Mr. McCue joins us from his most recent position as the Branch Technology Specialist for a company in East Hartford where he worked for almost eleven years. In Mr. McCue’s spare time you can find him teaching instructional classes on computing for local libraries. We are very happy to have him as part of our growing team!

The 2013 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2009 to 2012. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2012. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2009 is $100,000; the minimum for 2012 is $2 million. The information-technology services vendor will occupy most of the building purchased from Hartford CRE Holding Co. LLC.

The building, constructed in 1989, has three stories atop covered parking for 73 vehicles.
