IT DIrect is Hiring in Hartford County

  • Have an office with 10-30 computers and have someone on-site willing to do basic support tasks.
  • Have 1 Server and one physical location and have relatively new hardware and standardized on current desktop operating system.
  • Have a primary office location with a small number of remote employees
  • Have 5 or fewer Key Network Elements (these are servers, routers, firewalls, and switches)
  • Have limited support needs outside of normal business and a point person(s) in-house that will be relaying support requests to IT Direct
  • Depend on timely network and computer support and understand that technology has a key role in their business or profession
  • Want a pro-active and business minded approach to their computer systems and network
  • Need to have their computer network, email, databases, and Internet access up and running without problems
  • Value the security of their data and want to make more effective use of current IT network as well as be able to provide for changing and/or future company needs.

  • Have an office with 31-50 computers
  • Have 2-3 Servers (4 servers max.)
  • Relatively new hardware.
  • Standardized desktop operating systems (i.e. All running Windows XP.)
