IT Technician II

IT Technician II Responsibilities:

Assist in serving the Information Technology consulting, network design, and support outsourcing needs of small and medium size (10-500 employees) businesses and non-profit organizations. Once hired, the successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Troubleshoot hardware problems on desktop computers;
  • Install and configure desktop operating systems
  • Work collaboratively with IT Direct’s existing support team;
  • Be able to troubleshoot routine network problems;
  • Work with end-users to troubleshoot in remote environments;
  • Quickly learn new software products;
  • Administer basic network devices, and hardware print servers

Requirements

  • Developed written communication skills
  • 1 to 3 years,recent hands-on experience in a helpdesk role providing PC support;
